Blake Lively's deposition date has been pushed back to July 31, two weeks after it was initially set to take place, amid the judge's latest ruling in her ongoing legal battle against Justin Baldoni.

In a federal lawsuit, Blake Lively claimed that a mysterious Texas-based social media guru ran an untraceable smear campaign against her at the behest of Justin Baldoni. On Wednesday, a judge granted Jed Wallace’s motion to dismiss himself as a defendant in the case.

On Monday, Judge Lewis J. Liman granted Lively's request in documents obtained and reviewed by Entertainment Weekly. Per the ruling, Lively may choose the space of her deposition but must make arrangements for Baldoni's legal team to have a dedicated computer and the ability to print and copy documents throughout.
