EIGHT MILE, Ala. (WALA) - It’s been a long time coming, but Chickasabogue Park is opening this weekend after a three-year renovation project.

Chickasabogue Park is an 1,100-acre outdoor recreation facility and wildlife refuge that is less than 15 minutes from downtown Mobile. It is Mobile County Commission’s largest park.
