Denise Richards has accused her ex Aaron Phypers of domestic violence, sharing details of alleged abuse 'throughout' their six-year marriage, and has now been granted a temporary restraining order.

On Monday, the businessman filed to divorce Richards after six years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
