The Penguins made three first-round picks for the first time since 1984 and made 13 picks in total at the 2025 NHL Draft.

Bill Zonnon was taken at No. 22 before the Penguins moved up to select Will Horcoff, their third 18-year-old forward of the first round, at No. 24 by trading picks No. 31 and 59 to the Los Angeles Kings.

Ben Kindel, 18, a forward the Penguins drafted as the 11th overall pick in the 2025 NHL Draft, is signed to a three-year contract.
