South Korean President Lee Jae Myung has proposed a possible meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un later this year if Trump comes to South Korea for a regional forum meeting,

Trump, who met Kim Jong Un three times in his first term, hailed his relationship with the young totalitarian and said he knew him “better than anybody, almost, other than his sister”

During the US-South Korea meeting, Lee Jae Myung also expressed his desire for Trump to “bring peace to the Korean peninsula.”
