It had been alluded to over the weekend but was finally made a reality this week: John Elway has been cleared of all wrongdoing in a fatal crash. Back in April, the Hall of Fame quarterback's longtime friend and agent Jeff Sperbeck was killed in a golf cart accident in California.

Football legend John Elway will not be facing any charges in the death of his business partner Jeffrey Sperbeck, authorities announced on Monday. Sperbeck died after falling from a golf cart at a resort in La Quinta in April.
