The Indiana Pacers are heading into the 2025-26 campaign with plenty of change after a summer that has already altered the look of the team. Just months removed from a hard-fought NBA Finals loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the franchise is preparing for a season without Tyrese Haliburton who suffered a torn Achilles in Game 7 of the Finals.

Haliburton has made progress in his recuperation, claiming that he can now walk in a boot and is almost ready to switch to regular shoes, even though he was sidelined for the whole 2025–26 season.
