Eagles make third trade of day, send Darian Kinnard to Packers after reacquiring Fred Johnson from Jaguars
Johnson, 28, signed a one-year deal with Jacksonville earlier this year after spending part of the 2022 season and then all of 2023 and 2024 with the Eagles, including starting six games last year. Prior to that, he played part of the 2022 season wth the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and 2019-21 with the Cincinnati Bengals.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Eagles added tackle Fred Johnson as part of a swap with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Philadelphia sent Jacksonville a 2026 seventh-round draft pick in return. Johnson played for the Eagles from 2023-24, appearing in all 34 regular-season contests for the team during that span.
The Eagles brought back a member of last year's Super Bowl team, strengthening its offensive line in the process.
