Officials in Texas are facing questions about whether they did enough to get people out of harm’s way before a flash flood swept down the Guadalupe River and killed at least 120 people,

The conditions are life threatening and could flood creeks, streams, streets, highways, underpasses and "urban areas," according to the NWS.

The threat of heavy rain is “slight” for this weekend, but with the ground fully saturated in Kerr County, even small amounts of rainfall could cause flooding.
