Dandelion Café said in a news release that the 3,500-square-foot space is larger than the Bellaire location and has a kitchen that is six times the size of the original restaurant’s. That has allowed the new restaurant to add an in-house baker and to double its food output to better serve all three Dandelion Café locations.
